How do I get started with UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS?

We’re excited to have you! Let’s first determine what your business needs are and go from there. We break up our membership levels, training modules, and Business Tool Suite functionality based on the need of the your business; so, it is pertinent for you to understand each membership and its utilization.

Affiliate Membership:

In this membership no purchase of anything is required. You simply sign up as an affiliate and start reselling either our software or membership. You earn 25% on every sale and every license of software you re-sell. To join as an affiliate go to

Do I have to pay anything to get started with United Business Networks?

What Can I Earn as an Affiliate for UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS?

Affiliates can earn commissions for recommending new members who decide to join our community at United Business Networks or purchase the Rocket Business Tool Suite through our Networked platform. Here is a breakdown of the commission structure. The Affiliate Commission Structure is as listed below.

If you have just opened your business or have a product line you want help selling, our Bronze Level Membership has you covered. This membership level was designed with you in mind. We’ve built this membership package specifically to provide you with the resources and guidance you need to grow your business.

With our Bronze Membership, you’ll be invited to attend our weekly Network Meetings and glean the knowledge you need to grow from other more experienced business leaders who have the information you need to move to the next level in your business. NOTE: Access to the Business Tool Suite powered by Rocket Business Tools is not available or provided at the Bronze Member Level. You will be assigned a dedicated Mentor or Agency Owner to your account and will have access to ticket support assistance.

The Silver Level Membership is geared towards those that have a growing business and/or product to offer already, but just need help in the form of advice, business functionality, extending the business reach, generating leads and more traffic. With the Silver level package, you’ll receive the same rights as you would in the Bronze Level package, however you will also receive the Emerging Business Tool Suite powered by Rocket Business Tools, (a $277/mo package for the price of just $150/mo) after your induction as a member.

Silver level members also receive basic training and resources with this membership level package to understand how to make the most of their Business Tool Suite package, as we’ll be training on how to generate leads for your business in a variety of markets. Booth Rentals for Conference Events are available (pricing set per event) with the Silver Level Membership and Above.

As a current member of United Business Networks at the Silver Membership Level and Above, you are eligible to apply to become a certified trainer and re-seller of the Rocket Business Tool Suite and earn commissions of up to $2,754 per member/year.

If you would be interested in becoming a re-seller as well as user of the Rocket Business Tool Suite packages, you may apply to become a re-seller at any time if you meet the following criteria.

Compensation Structure & Re-Sell Rights

Commission Compensation for Re-Selling the Rocket Business Tools Suite of Services. Note: Service Packages may not be sold at different prices other than what is set by Rocket Business Tools at any time. As a Certified Trainer and Re-Seller for Rocket Business Tools, your commission on a sale that you make will be 25% of the initial setup amount and 50% of the recurring sale amount. Agency Building

As a current member of United Business Networks at the Diamond Membership Level, you are eligible to apply to become an Agency Owner and recruit new United Business Networks Members as well. Agency Owners are eligible to receive Agency Overwrites from the monthly membership dues of all members enrolled under their Agency Group after becoming an Agency Owner provided that they agree to accept responsibility for and conduct all training for the members listed under their Agency Group. Failure to ensure that proper training and support is maintained within any Agency may result in the revocation of the Agency Owner’s Rocket Business Tool Suite Commercial Re-seller License in accordance with United Business Networks’ agreement with Rocket Business Tools and loss of Agency Owner Privileges in Accordance with Organization Policy as outlined herein.

If you would be interested in becoming an Agency Owner, bringing in new members to United Business Networks, you may apply to become an Agency Owner at any time if you meet the following criteria:

Active Diamond level member

Agency Owner overwrites for each member within their Agency Group are as follows:

Bronze Level Member $50 from Induction Fee + $50 monthly Overwrite on recurring dues.

Silver Level Member $67 from Induction Fee + $50 monthly Overwrite on recurring dues.

Gold Level Member $134 from Induction Fee + $50 monthly Overwrite on recurring dues.

Agency Owners are also eligible to receive commissions from members within their Agency Group who choose to become re-sellers of the Rocket Business Tools and purchase their Re-seller Commercial License. Re-seller Commercial License Fees are Commissionable to the Agency Owner at a one-time Agency Owner Commission of $1,000.

Agency Owners are also the only members eligible to have Commercial re-sell rights to an additional product, namely the Rocket Business Tools Enterprise Suite. The Enterprise Suite is a white Labeled version of the Rocket Business Tools Software Suite that businesses can purchase to run their entire operation and grow their own community. Enterprise Suite sales have a client price tag of $25,000. Agency Owners who sell an Enterprise Suite will receive a one-time Commission of $7,000.

Any

Agency Owner wishing to get Licensed and Certified as an Enterprise Systems Re-Seller with Rocket Business Tools may apply at any time if they meet the following criteria:

FAQs

How Quickly and How am I paid? (Rocket Business Tool Re-Sellers only)

As a certified Re-Seller of the Rocket Business Tools Systems Suite, you are paid immediately after setting up your own merchant account to receive payments. You make the sales and take the payments directly, and then send an order to Rocket Business Tools after you deduct your commission from the sale.


Do I have to pass up any of my sales, or split commissions with anyone?


No. This is not a network marketing, or MLM business. This is a direct sales opportunity if you become a licensed re-seller of the Rocket Business Tools System Suite. Many members simply use these tools to grow their existing business. Choosing to become a certified re-seller of the Rocket Business Tools System Suite or Agency Owner with United Business Networks is entirely voluntary and does not necessarily guarantee that you will make any money doing so. That will depend solely on what you do with it after you get your certification as a re-seller or Agency Owner. Your license as a reseller is directly with Rocket Business Tools, and not with United Business Networks. United Business Networks does not offer or receive any pass up or commission split from the resale of Rocket Business Tools products. United Business Networks Members are not eligible for any pass up or commission splits from initial membership induction or monthly dues and membership fees are not commissionable at any level unless the member is an Approved Agency Owner in good standing and in accordance with the rules, regulations, and policies as they are outlined on the terms and conditions of this site and in accordance with their approved reseller license and agency owner agreements.


What are my re-sell rights to the system?

As an affiliate, you are provided with the rights to promote our membership program to new prospective members as long as you are within compliance with our codes of conduct. When becoming an affiliate, you are required to review and sign the Affiliate Agreement which lays out the code of conduct in detail. We have a strict code of conduct for how we want our brand represented and it will be strictly enforced by all legal means at our disposal.

Purchase of any of our membership level packages does not provide any rights to resell them to anyone or for any reason. Members do not have a stake in or any influence over the ownership, business, or structure of United Business Networks, its parent organizations, officers, affiliated partners, or assigns. Any reference, claim, assertion, or other indication by a member that they do is expressly denied by this statement.

Only approved Agency Owners are granted any rights to re-sell our memberships, provided that they do so in accordance with our policies. Any breach of our terms or the code of conduct will immediately forfeit any re-sell rights, and future commission payouts for our membership group with no refund for certification or training program fees. There is no right to appeal and our decision is and will remain final if we decide to revoke such rights from any Agency Owner, Affiliate, or other member for any reason. Some of these codes are, but are not limited to following:

1. Representing United Business Networks as a business idea, opportunity, or get rich quick scheme

2. Guaranteeing an income or time frame of earnings

3. Misrepresenting the capabilities or use of associated business tools or training

4. Cross selling other opportunities or product as an official United Business Networks product, good, or service.

5. Writing high risk or bad business that hurts our memberships brand, retention, business culture, or rating.

6. Other infractions for grounds of re-sell rights being forfeited are, but are not limited to, not complying to any request from the United Business Networks Management, Ticket Support, or other support staff. Becoming hostile, belligerent, or derogatory toward the product, brand, or business in general. Using training, products, systems, or software in any way that we deem to be unethical or undermining to the desired culture, environment, or branding context in which we desire to operate within.


Membership Revocation Right

Any member found to be engaged in or suspected of unethical behavior, illegal activities, or any activity deemed by the Management and/or staff of United Business Networks as harmful to the brand, business, or business culture may be refused for renewal and their membership privileges discontinued without further notice or warning.

If a membership is suspended or revoked for any such activities or practices, all information, work, and any other activity related to, built with, or held within the system, group, or service will immediately become the intellectual property of United Business Networks and all rights for the use and ownership of said intellectual property will be forfeited by the member without delay. In certain situations, legal action may need to be taken in order to protect our brand from such incidents. Such intellectual property may be used as evidence to demonstrate and assert our claim. All members are hereby notified that the fees for any such legal actions will be passed off to and borne solely by the member that has caused the legal action to be necessary. Your acceptance of these terms is indicated by your application and enrollment induction fee to become a member of our community. If you do not consent to this stipulation, don’t join.

Ways to Pay


We offer 2 options to pay for our membership levels and training packages.

  1. Credit Card – An initial payment for the induction fee *(based on membership level) will be taken at time of enrollment. Any additional add-ons that you select at time of your enrollment will also be charged at that time. Your card will be placed on file and setup for future automatic billing and payments through our automated payment system. By your enrollment with your credit card, you authorize these future billings, and payments to come out of your account automatically, as you authorize United Business Networks to contact you directly or through our automated system by phone, email, and SMS messaging to send updates, reminders, and receipts.

  1. Rocket Business Finance - If credit card is not the option you prefer, financing is also available through Rocket Business Finance. When applying through Rocket Business Finance, here are some additional things you will need to know.

a. Rocket Business Finance is a financial brokerage house which has relationships with many 3rd party lenders they work with to underwrite the cost of your complete setup with United Business Networks. In an effort to make your purchase as affordable as possible, Rocket Business Finance will group together and annualize the price of the system tools from Rocket Business Tools, finance charges, membership induction fees, and monthly membership dues into one loan package.

b. Upon your successful application, you will be sent lending offers up to the maximum amount you are approved for based on your credit and application. Terms and conditions are decided on through a soft credit pull. Rates start as low as 4.9% and can be amortized as far as 60 months.

c. Review the loan offers sent to you carefully. They may be for much larger amounts than you need for your membership level or program price. Remember that these are financing packages that are required to be paid back. The larger the loan you take, the larger your payment will be. Ensure you exercise good practices and earn enough to make the payments you owe. If you don’t think you can make the payments, DON’T DO IT. These are third party lenders, and United Business Networks will not be able to help you with the loan you take. When you find the right loan that matches your needs, accept the loan offer and complete the required documentation provided by that lender.

d. Once you receive the money in your account from the loan you accepted, you may contact us, or the Agency Owner you are working with your banking debit card to complete your enrollment. This will cover your membership and services for your first year with us at United Business Networks.

e. Important note – You are required to complete the enrollment level that you selected in your loan application at the time of applying. Failure to do so is considered Bank Fraud which comes with strict penalties under the law. For example, if you put down that you are enrolling in the Diamond Level Membership, and you receive funding for that membership, you cannot come back to us and enroll in the Silver or Gold level memberships to hold on to some of the funding you received. That would be Bank Fraud and is illegal. If you applied for the silver membership level, on the other hand, but ended up with a loan amount for which you were able to enroll at the Gold or Diamond levels instead of the Silver level you applied for, you cannot do that either. You must complete the silver level membership because that is what you told the bank you would do. After that enrollment is completed successfully in accordance with the terms of your loan application, we can upgrade you if you wish, even the same day. We just need to be able to show proof to your lender that you did satisfy the lending requirement first.

f. We have agreements in place with Rocket Business Finance in an effort to protect their relationships with the lenders in their network. If we receive word from Rocket Business finance, or their lenders, that a payment is overdue, we are required by our agreement with them to suspend all services to the member until the account has been brought current with that lender. In the event that your account is suspended, an additional service fee may be applied to your account before your service may be reactivated. These fees are pass-through fees which are charged to us by Rocket Business Finance and their lender networks when an account is past due. You may incur additional late fees directly from the lender as well, so it is important to make sure you are able to cover you loan payments either on-time or the day beforehand.

g. Any default on terms shall be pursued as a debt collection per all reasonable means.

System Training & Support

Will there be any training I will receive?

Yes. We have full training for each membership level offered to all members when joining. Training can be accessed through the member’s Training Portal. You will receive login credentials to access the training programs for your membership level at the time of your enrollment. We also have weekly group meetings which include question and answer sessions wherein training can be provided. Members are encouraged to attend as many of these weekly sessions as possible. Our Agency Owner members are offered access to our live mastermind group trainings and mastermind video library.

For members who have been brought in under an Agency Owner Level Member, they are responsible for insuring you receive all information & training provided for your individual membership level. Additional support is available to you through the United Business Network Ticket Support if you need further assistance that they can provide on the system tools.

Membership Level Training provided by UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS includes:

1. Video Training

2. Weekly live group meetings

3. Mastermind Training Meetings

NOTE - Your level of training and support from your assigned mentor is based on your agreement directly with them and is not warrantied, governed, or backed by UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS. Any disputes or disagreements regarding this must be dealt with directly with them.


Can I switch my Mentor?


Agency Owners have the right, per their contract with us, to be assigned as their member’s dedicated mentor. Mentor's assigned by United Business Networks from direct enrollments are assigned according to who we feel is the best fit for the member in question. Our hope would be that everyone find a profitable coaching relationship with their assigned mentor. However, we do understand that sometimes this simply isn’t the case. In order to switch a dedicated mentor to another, the following benchmarks must be met before the change can be considered:

  1. You have been with your original mentor for 90+ days consistently with no lapses

  2. You have verifiably completed all of their training and followed the plan they have set for you.

  3. You have verifiably requested a change of mentorship from them that we can confirm.

Once all 3 of the aforementioned requirements have been met, you may request a change from the assigned coach/trainer to a new one of your choice by opening a support ticket. Please include the complete details of the issues that have led you to make this decision, as well as documented proof of the 3 prerequisites aforementioned above. Your case will then be reviewed, and an interview will be conducted with your assigned mentor. If your request is found to be valid, we will contact the Agency Owner of your choice and ask them if they will be willing to accept you as a member within their Agency Group.

We cannot guarantee that the Agency Owner of your choice will accept you as a member of their Agency Group. That is entirely their decision. If you are denied by the Agency owner of your choice, we will select an Agency Owner for you whom we believe would be a good fit for your needs.

Upon the successful approval by the newly assigned Agency Owner, you may be required to pay a service fee to them before they agree to on board you as a member of their Agency Group in order to cover their expenses for moving your account from your previous mentor’s system to their own. If there are any outstanding membership dues or additional debts owed by you to your originally assigned mentor, you may also be required to satisfy these debts prior to them releasing your account to the new Agency Owner.


What we DO NOT TRAIN ON or SUPPORT


Due to United Business Networks’ association with Rocket Business Tools, included with the Silver and above membership level packages, there are specific technical aspects of the business tool suite that we can assist with and train you on. However, these are not our tools and we serve as a Re-Seller for the developer. As such, we may not be privy to all answers and situations you may come up against. We do not offer support on such issues, and only provide general support on the tools represented by our membership levels. Additional non-supported concerns are, but are not limited to your personal computer literacy skills, experience, and knowledge base; your particular computer and it’s operation; the navigation of your computers native and third party software; operating systems; browsers, and internet based software such as Word, Pages, Excel, Numbers, Powerpoint, Access, Teams, Microsoft, Keynote, Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, Windows, OBS, Mac, Garage Band, and several others that may not be mentioned. All of these components must be supported by your computer(s) and software(s) respective support avenues, and will not be available through Ticket Support.

Ticket support is not for general questions and training. It is for support. If you are having a difficulty with a system or tool related service which is not performing as expected, that is an example of a ticket support question. We do not offer training advice and coaching service through the ticket support system and if it is determined that your question is related as such, we will refer you to your dedicated mentor or Agency Owner for assistance in finding your answers. It is good practice to always start by asking your dedicated mentor before submitting a ticket to ticket support. Our Agency Owners are very knowledgeable and can more than likely help you with the answers you seek quicker than our support services can get to your question.

We support our tools within the UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS platform but the various ways your particular device and software(s) on your device(s) may work with them is not supported. Furthermore, we do not offer computer support of any kind. Basic computer skills such as how to cut, copy, and paste, how to right click on an item, how to drop and drag, and other basic computer functions such as these are not supported. These areas and others similar but not limited to them are not part of our support, training, or coaching programs. The degree in which something is technically difficult is based on the working knowledge and skillset of the end user. Most of our components are deemed as moderately easy by industry use standards. However, each user has their own perspectives based on their history and experience, understanding of computer technology, and ability to learn and understand new technology.

Training & Membership is non-portable. This means that we will train and support the initial member only, but we will not work with and train additional members of your team. All training and support of the member’s subsequent staff and teams must be conveyed to them directly by the member. If a member wishes additional training and support for their staff and teams, a separate agreement must be made with your assigned mentor or Agency Owner for such training.

As a Reseller of the Rocket Business Tools Suite, how does the sales process work?

When completing a sale as a re-seller of the Rocket Business Tools Suite through the United Business Networks member group, have your customer fill out the online form at https://UnitedBusinessNetworks.org/tool-purchase/

We will then forward a copy of the form, complete with payment details to you to process through your merchant service.

Once you have collected the money from the sale, login to your membership training portal and purchase the toolset desired by your customer directly through our purchase order form. DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER DIRECTLY THROUGH ROKCET BUSINESS TOOLS. By placing the order through the United Business Networks Membership Training Portal, you will be provided with the discounted service rate for our network. The remaining funds left over from your discounted purchase price will be your initial commission, paid up front!

·Important note: Please make sure your customer puts in your name as the Agency Owner or Authorized Re-Seller they are working with on the tool-purchase form. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN VERIFY THAT THE BUSINESS BELONGS TO YOU. Failing to do so may prevent the sale from being directed properly, resulting in a loss of commission. If we cannot verify who to send the deal to, it will be processed as a direct sale and no commissions will be owed or paid.


Why do I have to pay a $150/mo, ($200/mo for Diamond Level Members) for membership dues?


United Business Networks is a membership-based service community. As such, we provide services that we feel will benefit our community. We conduct training and coaching and networking in the interest of promoting and growing the businesses of our members. This comes at a cost. Additionally, United Business Networks has teamed up with Rocket Business Tools to provide a sophisticated suite of Business Tools, and we pass on a deeply discounted rate to have access to these tools for our members. This is a software suite which must continually be maintained, upgraded, hosted, and supported however, and although heavily discounted for our members by Rocket Business Tools, their product costs are still required for us to maintain your account each month. In addition to this, our technical support team, ongoing training, ticket support system, Agency Owner training, and access to training materials are all covered by the membership dues as well.

We maintain these services by charging a minimal fee to cover the cost to us for maintaining these services and training for our members. This also covers the hosting cost of all of the various systems, software and data, as everything is cloud based. Failure of any member to maintain the monthly membership dues will result in access to resources and data being lost. All monthly dues and tool purchase fees, both monthly and pre-paid, are non-refundable. If a member’s account is suspended or becomes inactive for non-payment, after 5 days all data will be subject to permanent deletion in accordance with United Business Networks’ agreement with Rocket Business Tools.

The software & membership accesses will not be accessible if membership dues are not current.

Bronze – Gold Members: Your monthly membership dues will be billed either as a direct payment to United Business Networks in the amount of $150/mo , or $100/mo from us and $50/mo from an assigned Agency Owner if you were brought in under their Agency Group.

Diamond and Agency Owner Members: Your monthly membership dues will be billed either as a direct payment to United Business Networks in the amount of $200/mo , or $125/mo from us and $75/mo from the assigned Agency Owner if you were brought in under their Agency Group.

Membership dues that fail or are not paid on time are at risk of account suspension for inactivity. Additionally, in accordance with our agreement with Rocket Business Finance, any financed members which are behind on their finance payments may be subject to account suspension until their payments have been brought current. If your account is suspended or goes into inactive status for longer than 5 days there will be an additional fee of $100 charged by United Business Networks which covers the additional charges we incur to reactivate your account. NOTE: You may also incur additional fees from your lender and from us based on payment delays to your lender as per the United Business Networks’ agreement with Rocket Business Finance.

If this falls within the same billing cycle of your Agency Owner’s $50 or $75 billing, you may be paying as much as $300 during that cycle to get your account reactivated. To avoid this, please ensure that you keep all cards and accounts current 48 hours before your next billing to avoid having to pay these additional charges.


Can I Cancel My Membership?


Yes. In order to temporarily suspend your cancel your account, you must send in a written request through your assigned mentor or Agency Owner with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing due date to avoid you’re account from being charged. Once a request is made to your assigned mentor, it is the mentor’s responsibility to report the request to us within a maximum of 2 days. Once United Business Networks receives the notice from your mentor, a confirmation message will be sent. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION WITHING 3 DAYS of your written request, that means the message has not been received and you should issue a support ticket IMMEDIATELY to avoid being charged. Once a charge occurs, it cannot be reversed due to setup of our system parameters.

Cancellation of Rocket Business Tool Access Only can be done directly through the setup section, and then company billing inside of your Rocket Business Tools System Access. Please note that doing this WILL NOT cancel your membership with United Business Networks.


Additional fees to consider:


Data usage comes at a cost. We pass these costs to the member who incurs the data usage. Data charges for text, voice, and email inside the UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS Business Tool Suite are as follows:

$0.015 for SMS (Data rate dependent per 100 characters. Image files will increase data usage.)

$0.0021 for email

$0.017 per min voice

$0.25 per 1000 AI generated words

Prospect Data Lead List Purchases

Some members choose to purchase data lists for prospecting and reaching out to potential clients for their businesses. We sell these data lists according to the following pricing.

o B2B - $60 per 1,000 leads

o B2C - $50 per 1,000 leads

·Other normal operating and marketing costs associated with business ownership.

·As stated above, renewing an inactive or suspended account could require an additional cost. Depending on the length of an inactive account you may be subject to other costs to renew your account with UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS in addition to your standard monthly membership dues. See your coach/trainer for more details on this.

Can I call you if I have questions?


No. However, you should have access to your Dedicated Mentor or Agency Owner for any training or business related questions. For system issues, we do offer ticket support that is open Mon – Sat from 10am – 5pm Eastern Time. Members also have 24/7 access to video training which may answer most questions, and access to book 1 on 1 time with your assigned Mentor.

We only offer zoom call support to Agency Owner and Diamond Level Members during our Mastermind group meetings. Zoom is what we use for our weekly membership meetings and mastermind group sessions.


At some point if I want to leave the group to pursue other opportunities, or simply just want to quit am I locked into any type of contract?

No. There is no contract, or obligation to keep paying your monthly membership dues provided that you have fully paid for your system and member accesses. You can cancel at anytime. YOU MUST GIVE A MINIMUM of 7 days’ notice (in accordance with the aforementioned policies above) before your renewal date to avoid that month’s dues from being charged. Please Note that membership accesses, stored information, and business tool software will not be accessible unless all dues, lender payments, and fees are current. If you decide later to renew your membership with United Business Networks, you must renew within 90 days of suspending or canceling your account. Failing to do so will result in your information and system setup to be irrevocably deleted from the servers and you will be required to re-enroll again from scratch as a new member.

Please note if you are financing your system or you have purchased other systems or services outside of your standard membership service from United Business Networks, it is possible that you may not be able to regain access to these additional services, even though you may still be contractually obligated to continue to pay your individual agreement for them.

Copyright & Trademark Claims


As an active UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS member and or client you are only allowed to use the UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS name, brand, likeness, and material for the sole purposes of promoting your affiliation with UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS, its membership programs, or associated products. All promotional activities are to be done in a fashion and manner that is congruent with the branding, business culture, and integrity set forth within membership training.

Any misuse of these copyrighted and trademark materials will be pursued by all legal remedies available. Furthermore member agrees to release UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS, its parent organization, officers, employees, affiliated partners, and assigns, as well as any entities owned, managed, or associated with United Business Networks, The Miller Firms, or Chris Miller from any and all copyright and trademark claims held by them. If no longer an active UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS member all materials conveyed from membership are strictly forbidden from use thereafter.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

By becoming a UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS member and/or client you agree that all training, tools, and techniques conveyed must remain strictly confidential. Any distribution, dissemination, or disclosure of private training material, specific marketing techniques, or tools used are grounds for revoking UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS membership rights, Rocket Business Tools Re-Seller License, rights of use, and may be subject to potential legal remedies.

Furthermore you agree that you will not use the name, likeness, or representation of Chris Miller, The Miller Firms, UNITED BUSINESS NETWORKS, UnitedBusinessNetworks.org or similar markers in any marketing, messaging, or material during or after your membership without the express written consent of United Business Networks and Chris Miller. This includes but is not limited to back linking, video titles and posts, blog posts, social media posts, reviews, and SEO keyword use.


Quality of Business


If business you write has repeated issues of chargebacks, damaging brand reputation, or presents any issues within community culture, United Business Networks reserves the right to terminate your re-seller rights at any time without notice in accordance with our agreement with Rocket Business Tools.

Any renewal business created may be forfeited if termination is due to these or like issues. Data of inactive accounts after an account goes inactive, a member has 5 days to renew before the account may be deleted from server to save on hosting, licensing, and data charges.


Do you offer a trial period?


Generally No, although on some occasions we may offer a promotional rate or a brief Trial Offer for program evaluation. Our membership software systems, server space, and other systems supporting membership offer us no trial period. The software must be purchased beforehand, at the time of enrollment as an example. In other words, if we choose to offer a promotion or trial period, it will be costing us either way. For that reason, this is not something we generally offer. Also, all training and content is instantly delivered digitally when enrollment is initiated. Due to the nature of digital information delivery, there is no way for us to know how much, if any of our confidential information and training has been reviewed, downloaded, saved, copied or otherwise absorbed by members once these materials have been delivered. Because of these reasons, unless specifically stated by us and solely at our own discretion, we do not offer trial periods, returns, or refunds for any reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SO PLEASE UNDERSTAND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE.

If by chance you do happen to catch us during one of the trial periods we decide to offer periodically, you will have full rights to cancel at any time prior to the trial end date as long as the card has not been charged. If you wait until the card has been charged to contact us, NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED.


Can I use the software, training received, and other marketing assets to promote my personal business?

Yes! As an independent business owner, and member of our community, we encourage you to use the business tools, software, license, and other assets offered with your membership level however you wish to promote any business you want and build your network within the community. This is NOT a franchise. You are buying access to a network of business owners, business tool software access, and training on how to make the most from their use of them. As such, you are free to manage your business as you wish.


Are there any refunds, or guarantees?

There are no refunds for the aforementioned reasons referred to throughout this document. Individual results cannot be guaranteed due to individuals varying degree of ability, availability, capability, and coach-ability. United Business Networks guarantees in good faith that you will receive all of the membership accesses, software accesses and membership training purchased.

Likewise we expect our members to act in good faith with us as well. Please note that any charge backs will be refuted until overturned. Because of some nefarious activities by others online simply trying to rob content, training, and access we have a zero tolerance to chargebacks and will exercise all legal rights to remedy breach of agreement. All disputes will be arbitrated in the state of FL. Additional fees to recoup cost from charge backs could be administered on top of any legal fees. Please note that some of the services and systems offered to our members through their association with the United Business Networks group are not proprietary to our business and have been procured in an effort to provide value to our members. Additional content, materials, processes, strategies, trainings, and other intellectual property are proprietary to us and should be treated as confidential and privileged by the member. If you are enrolling or have enrolled through one of our Agency Owners then please note that you are buying from an independent representative who has purchased our systems and membership package rights and has been given limited re-sell rights to it. Any disputes regarding the purchase of our membership packages, monthly dues, software system accesses, event tickets, or other product purchases made must be handled directly with and through them.

The Purchaser agrees by completing their purchase that they have been offered the opportunity to review these terms and hereby accept all terms as is and without warranty. By completing any purchase, the purchaser also hereby agrees that all information stated herein is agreed to as being part of this Contract and this Contract supersedes any prior Contracts and is the complete and exclusive agreement on the subject matters covered by this Contract. Further, purchaser/member and seller/Agency Owner agree that no person is authorized to make any representation beyond those expressed in this Contract. Verbal promises by salesperson are not valid and any promises or understandings not herein specified in writing are hereby expressly waived.
